In the remaining "Manage Episodes", I can't seem to replicate the Manual Import functionality within the Manage Episodes. So functionally I can get there so thanks for that, just definitely a much less convenient method. (And why would you build two right?)įollowing your steps I am importing ~400 episodes of Extra Credits now and when done I can navigate back to the Extra Credits page and then press Preview Rename and then approve the changes.

If that had a search function built into it that would be ideal.
Sonarr manual import not working series#
Some of my TV series folders have over 5000 sub folders though so is difficult/slow to navigate manually. Thanks for the response! That definitely is a functional workaround. Well the poster above does show that Wanted does contain similar functionality to Manual import except for the following issues.
Sonarr manual import not working software#
Re-add it again and sometimes it automatically picks up the show, I can't quite work out why there is a bit of hit and miss in this approach.īut I guess at the end of the day as with any software system, if people are using it, it's a feature, so I do feel like it is an oversight to remove it. If I manually rename a YouTube series and copy it in, I can delete the series in Sonarr. There are lots of scenarios where the manual import in the series was extremely useful as most of the content I look for can't actually be found via torrents or nzb so the manually naming feature was the best I had ever seen and was a major quality of life improvement after decades of manually naming everything. Then manual import on the series allows a convenient renaming tool. As per my namesake, I am archiving a lot of rarer Animated material. I'm also a quite regular contributor to TVDb so often I rename the shows into the folder then go onto TVDb, add the data and then manually import them to align. I manually download either via YouTube or Vimeo or Rip myself, copy into the folder. I'll say what is my more common scenario is acquring WebShows, or Items I rip myself. I don't think pressing "Manual Import" on that section would be very useful. I navigate to it and there is 8463 pages of items. Thanks tor the suggestion of using the "Wanted" page. Well some sites nzb.su download series packs and don't name them correctly so have to manually identify and manually label by watching the episodes.
